My Services
Personal Counselling

Having someone to talk to about your feelings can bring you solace and help you continue with your life. Counselling helps equip people with skills to enable them to work through difficult life events and relationship problems.
Couples / Relationship Counselling

Problems in relationships can become a huge hurdle to overcome if a couple can’t talk openly about problems and move past them. By speaking to a neutral party both sides can be heard and couples can learn to communicate and address their problems with each other.
Trauma Counselling

Trauma counselling helps you to learn about trauma, identify triggers and develop healthy coping skills. It’s important to talk about trauma to get the right support.
Child Counselling / Play Therapy

Children experience many things that they cannot express in language. Playing is how children try new things, learn about their world, develop mentally, physically and socially. We use Play therapy to help children work through confusions, anxieties and conflict.
Children with learning challenges

Much more intensive memory skills are required for school than for any other career. Memory is a complicated, multi-departmental operation that functions in different diverse brain areas. Learn more about how I can provide support to struggling learners.
Teenagers

Teenagers face many challenges such as peer pressure, identifying who they are and having to perform well academically. We teach them skills to handle inner conflict, develop emotional intelligence and a stronger sense of self-worth.

Why see a counsellor ?
You don’t have to be suffering from a mental illness to see a Counsellor. Life can be very hard having to deal with everyday worries, relationships and job stress. Many people benefit from seeing a counsellor as it can be very healing to speak to someone who is trained to listen, be supportive and who can help you overcome emotional challenges and help you make positive changes in your life and relationships.
